Vintage 90s Fashion Wheel toy - complete!

It’s so rare to find everything complete with this toy, especially to have the wheel in fully working order. Even the original instructions are included, as well as the original scissors, pencil crayons, 1 spare for the black rub crayon, and of course, the thing that always goes missing, the rub crayon itself in its yellow shell! 

Box has slight creases and tears in places due to age. Blue plastic shell that keeps the wheel and accessories in place has been cracked in a few places, please see pics.
